What is your return policy or guarantee?
Since your brochures are custom orders, we do not accept returns unless there are manufacturing defects or damages that occur in shipping. On the rare occasion that there is a defect in the manufacturing process or damage in shipping, please call or email us immediately to report your concern. Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, Printing Concepts will reprint your brochures and send them out to you at no additional charge. All claims for defects or shipping damages must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of your order
What does PRODUCTION TIME mean?
Our PRODUCTION TIME counts regular business days only, no weekends or holidays, and our daily cut-off is 4 pm EST. Production time begins upon FINAL ARTWORK APPROVAL BY THE CUSTOMER.
Example: If you “OK” your proof on Monday at 3:45 pm, Next Day Production Service will have your brochures ship Tuesday.
If you “OK” your proof Monday at 4:45 pm, your brochures will ship Wednesday.
How long does shipping take?
Priority Mail delivery within the Continental United States is included in the price of your brochures. If you need a shipping service in a shorter time, it is available at an additional charge. Please note that you must add PRODUCTION TIME to your SHIPPING DAYS to gauge when you will receive your product.
Sending revised files ($50):
Please proofread your files carefully before submitting them. We do a lot of work on your files before sending you a PDF proof or a printed proof. If you need to submit a new file, there is a $50 charge to cover the work we've already done on your original files. You also have the capability of printing a watermarked PDF of your project to your home or office printer in order to proof for content before submitting your file to us.
Cancelled orders ($100 + any other options chosen):
As soon as you place your order, it's put into our production cycle. We invest a lot of work into your files and reserve press time for printing your project. If you cancel your order, we'll be happy to return any deposits or credit card authorizations, minus $100 and any other options chosen that we have performed.
